Use and Care Instructions: Cut on non-decorative side only. Do not submerge in water, use only a damp sponge or cloth with mild detergent. Mineral oil or cooking oil can be used on non-decorative side to keep the surface shiny. Please note that only the decorative side of the cutting board is sprayed with clear sealer.
